Would 100% go through Wren Travel when I book my next holiday. They took the stress out of finding and booking a holiday and even checked us in for our flights. All we had to do was turn up at the airport xxxx

We have just returned from our 7th holiday booked by Wren Travel, and once again, we couldn’t be happier!

This time we headed back to Majorca, and as always, Jennie and her team put everything together perfectly. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them, and their customer service really is second to none.

Even while we were away, Wren Travel were there when we needed them. TUI contacted us to give us our transfer time, but unfortunately they had given us the wrong information. I tried contacting TUI myself and it was an absolute nightmare, so I got in touch with Wren Travel instead — and they sorted it out straight away! That’s exactly the kind of service that gives you complete peace of mind when you’re on holiday.

After booking seven holidays with Wren Travel, I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. Jennie and her team are fantastic, so helpful, friendly and always go that extra mile to make sure everything is just right.

Thank you again, Wren Travel, for another fabulous holiday! We’re already looking forward to booking number 8!

Highly, highly recommend!

Can’t speak highly enough of Wren Travel and Jennie. So glad we booked our trip to Rhodes with her. Our flight from Manchester was cancelled due to a hole in the runway and Jennie was at the end of the phone helping straight away. She was so responsive and got us booked on a flight the next day. Thank you so much! Also, the hotel she recommended is stunning.

I honestly cannot recommend Jennie and Wren Travel enough! They’ve booked me many holidays and every single time she has been amazing, but what she did for us on our last holiday went so far beyond anything I could have expected.

We arrived at the airport at 3am, only to discover that my passport had expired. I genuinely thought our holiday was over! I contacted Jennie to explain what had happened, she didn’t just tell me there was nothing she could do, she went into complete problem-solving mode and absolutely went above and beyond to make sure we could still go away.

After a round trip to Peterborough to get my emergency passport Jennie then rebooked new flights for me, my two boys and my mum. She also extended our hotel stay by another 5 days so that we could still have a full week away, arranged a taxis to and from the airport, and even sorted completely new transfers for us — all free of charge.

I honestly don’t know many travel agents who would go to those lengths for their customers. She could have easily said that my expired passport was my responsibility, but instead she treated our holiday like it was her own and did everything she possibly could to make sure we didn’t miss out.

Thanks to Jennie, what started as a complete nightmare at 3am turned into a holiday we will never forget for all the right reasons. Her care, kindness, professionalism and dedication are second to none.

If you’re looking for a travel agent who genuinely cares about her customers and will go the extra mile when things don’t go to plan, use wren travel! I wouldn’t book with anyone else.

Thank you so much, Jennie, for everything you did for me, Cruz, Enzo and Mum. We are so grateful! ❤️✈️🌴
